Most people don’t recognize the brand off the top of their heads but it’s the same brand that creates the popular N.O.-Xplode pre-workout.
The nutrient profile on this one is very similar to the MusclePharm mentioned above, and pretty similar in price as well.
This makes for a good alternative choice between the two if you are impressed with what’s in it but no so much with the taste then you can give this one a try.
I really like the fact that it’s not your typical vanilla flavor. By that I mean, they didn’t just throw in the ice cream part for the heck of it, I can get a slight taste of what resembles vanilla ice cream.
Another solid vanilla flavor, that I give a thumbs up for.
Top Chocolate Protein Shakes
OhYeah! Nutritional Shake Chocolate Milkshake
Just like in our vanilla category, OhYeah! Brand takes the overall winner category for chocolate taste as well.
I will say that the vanilla does taste better than the chocolate on my opinion but this is still the best overall chocolate flavored protein that I’ve come across.
My thoughts are pretty much the same on this flavor to what I said in the vanilla category about the RTD, cholesterol and stuff of that nature.
Overall though I can easily give this brand the best flavor overall for chocolate protein.
Muscle Milk Original Protein Shake Chocolate
Muscle Milk was the first shake I had ever tried and I didn’t have anything to compare it too when I started drinking it.
After trying tons of different brands over the years, Muscle Milk is still one of my favorite chocolate flavored proteins.
The only slight issue I had with it was I noticed a weird aftertaste, not even a bad one, just a weird taste.
Luckily, the aftertaste goes away fairly quickly and you pretty much won’t notice it if you drink it fairly often.
JYM Supplement Science Chocolate Mousse
Jyms Chocolate Mousse was a huge eye opener for me when trying it and was the first Chocolate Mousse flavor that I have tried.
I really like that it’s a different type of chocolate than the traditional style and it hold true mostly to its name.
I can tell a slight somewhat marshmallowy taste, especially when I first start drinking it.
If you like chocolate but looking for something more than just your traditional chocolate flavor, then this might be a good choice for you.
My only con is that it can be somewhat chalky, it’s an easy fix though by just adding a little bit more milk/water than you do with other powders.
I heard that they had a good Chocolate Cookie Crunch flavor but I can’t comment on it as I haven’t had the chance to try it but I will update this article when I do if it happens to be out some of my current choices!
BSN SYNTHA-6 Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
Once again we have another BSN product taking one of our top picks in the taste department.
If you’re wondering why the same type of brands on both categories?
Well, certain brands put a lot of testing and work into their taste department, so it’s not uncommon that if you find one flavor you like from a brand that you may like their others as well.
This of course is not full proof but it’s a pattern I’ve seemed to notice.
Finding out how much help wrist wraps can be in getting you lifting a little heavier can be difficult to pin point. I will say this though, if you’re doing around the 6-8 rep range then it might help you add another 10lb or so to your bench or help you add an extra rep or two on your current bench weight. If you’re focusing on more of 1 rep maxes then possibly 15-20lb but that really comes down to how weak your wrists are. I realize the numbers are all over the place for this answer but like I said, It’s really hard to determine, especially since I have no clue anything about you.
How Do Wrist Wraps Help Lifting Weights
The main reason you will see people using wrist wraps are for when they’re doing bench press, usually heavy bench (this can be dumbbell bench as well). They help by adding in support to a weaker part of the body the wrists, which are usually ready to throw in the towel much quicker than some stronger parts such as your chest muscle for example. I’m not sure if this is the best analogy but here it goes. I like to think of wrist wraps like when an athletic trainer tapes a football players ankle before a game. Sure it’s not gonna prevent it from twisting, but it gives it a little additional support. How was it? Good? I tried!
Should You Use Wrist Wraps
I don’t see a downside in a least trying them out. However, don’t expect this to be some magic tool that allows you to jump from 175lb to 225lb on your bench just like that. The main reason I started using them wasn’t even to increase my bench but because once I did start lifting heavier, I noticed the strain being put on my wrists. Now my case might be slightly different because I broke both of my wrists in high school playing sports (not at the same time). With that said though, I did notice the benefits it had on allowing me to add a little extra weight.
Where To Buy Wrist Wraps For Weight Lifting
I’m a fan of the nordic lifting wrist wraps which you can grab here over at Amazon. I wish their purple was a little darker but they have multiple colors to choose from so you don’t have to go with purple at all. There’s tons of online places to buy them and the good things is they are pretty cheap. I find mine on Amazon which is a good place to start looking but you could also check somewhere like BodyBuilding.com I’m sure some local stores like Academy or Dicks carry them but the selection will be slim compared to your online choices.
My word of caution is be smart about using them, don’t try to add an extra 50lbs on the bar before you even see how much they help. Also try not to become reliant on them, try to do some without them to allow your wrists to gain strength. That is unless you just have some bad wrist problems that hinder your workouts without them. One final thing, there is a difference between wrist wraps and wrist straps so make sure you are buying the correct thing before you finalize your order. They work for completely opposite things.
Right now you have two main platform options that will allow you to make the most money while playing video games and that is Twitch Vs Youtube. Well, if you’re trying to figure out which is a better pick for you to spend most of your time trying to be successful on then I’ll be covering the differences between the two here in this article for you.
Pros And Cons Of Youtube Gaming
The best thing about making money through YouTube would be that it can actually be a passive income model once you put in enough time up front. As an example of what I mean by that is; let’s say you launch a cool video in June, well that video can continue to make you money even 10 months from then if people keep finding that video. Now I don’t want you to read that and think you’re gonna go record 100 videos one weekend, upload them and expect to go sit on a beach while the checks just continue to roll in. The bar on YouTube videos has definitely been raised over the years and you definitely need something that separates you from the other thousands of people uploading their WOW arena videos. You either need to be funny, skilled enough for people to expect to learn something from watching you or just be a super chill person who people will enjoy watching. Obviously there is no one size fits all but you need some sort of niche in my opinion, whether that be a certain game or just your ‘entertainment’ style on why viewers would want to watch you over Joe blow. Also, learning some editing skills for videos is also another plus.
Pros And Cons Of Twitch Gaming
Twitch is the polar opposite of Youtube in the way it gains its viewers. Twitch tends to pull a majority of the live streaming viewer crowd, at least for now. There has been some attempt by both Youtube & Twitch to go after it’s rivals main base by Youtube trying for the live streaming and vice versa for Twitch but not a huge shift from either base. Now the coolest thing about Twitch is a low barrier to entry, no editing videos, just getting your setup going and start streaming away. Another main benefit that Twitch has going for it is how well donations work there from it being a live event, where the streamer can actually thank the people donating live, which makes them so much more likely to give thanks right then and there.
Why Not Do Both?
I can see where a lot of people would be like, “Just do both and make more monies!”. While this is a solid idea, it usually takes a good bit of time doing just one of them. If you happen to have some time on your hands, have a buddy who could edit videos for you or maybe have some money available to where you can pay someone to edit your videos then it could work. My suggestion would be to focus on one until you’ve got it bringing in some money for you then reinvest it by maybe expanding to the other platform your not using.
Play To Your Strengths
I’ve seen so many good gamers out there who in general have a great stream but they literally hate having to talk to people in chat and answer questions. Some people aren’t very social and with Twitch it tends to help out a lot if you do socialize with your chat, and that’s actually high up on my importance scale on having a successful stream. This is just an example of what I mean though by play to your strengths. I’ll end this article here for now but I’ll continue to update this article as I think of more tips/thoughts for it.

In this article, I’ll be giving my review of what I think are the best knee sleeves to be using when you’re doing squats in weight lifting or crossfit.
We’ll be focusing on these sleeves: Bear KompleX Knee Sleeves Vs Mava Sports Knee Compression Vs Primal Elite Knee Sleeves Vs Evolutionize Performance 7MM Knee Sleeves.
Just a word of advice before we dive into this list, if you are new to squatting, take the time to perfect your squat form. This will not only help to get the most out of your leg workout but also to help aid injury.
These are just tools to aid you when working out, they are not a magic item to prevent or cure you from injuries.
Although it is slightly much more expensive compared to the other choices, it is designed for heavy duty use.
It is created for leg training which means that they are developed to give you optimal support when you have to carry heavy weights and when you have to engage in really intense exercise routines.
Compared to other knee sleeves, this one can give you maximum support and comfort. So it can hold knee compression very well during your workout.
To help reduce ache or pain while working out, the product features 7MM neoprene thick material.
It is made from high grade materials which means that you get to have knee sleeves that can last and are almost unbreakable.
Another positive point of this product is that it also gives you extra length and a much better coverage.
The sleeves have 30cm length for better coverage and gives you more warmth as well as compression while you are working out. So if you are into more rigorous workouts, this is a great one to have.
Being physically fit is very essential for you to reduce your risk of having certain diseases and illnesses not to mention of the fact that you also have to engage in regular exercise if you really want to achieve that gorgeous body.
And for both men and women, crossfit and weightlifting are just some of the best choices if you want to lose weight and to achieve that toned body.
But just before you go straight to the gym and train, you need to prepare the items you need just to be safe.
There are so many things that can happen while you are working out so you have to make sure that you protect yourself in order to aid injuries.
