This program is a good mix between P90X and Insanity which Shaun T who is in this program also is the workout instructor for Insanity.
Let’s dive into the pros and cons of this fitness program starting off with the pros.
The Pros And Cons

- Focuses on your entire body not just upper body or lower body a good mix of everything
- Might be a little pricey upfront
- It's no cakewalk work out
- Need a little space to do the work out
How Long Does It Take To See Results
This is hard to give an exact answer for because one answer does not fit for everybody.
In terms of overall strength and being able to do more you should notice that you slowly increase how much you can do week by week.
I started seeing actual results in the mirror after that week two but it varies per person.
Is Focus T25 Hard To Do
I gave this program to a buddy of mine who said it was too hard for them to do.
I had to explain to him that they don’t expect you to be able to do the entire workout in your first go, you have to work up to it, not everyone is in as good of shape as these guys and they understand that.
If you’re only able to do 10 minutes of the first workout DVD that’s fine next week when you do the same work out try to do 11 minutes or even 15 minutes, keep going every week increasing how much you are able to do.
Eventually you’ll be able to get through half the workout then eventually knockout the entire workout.
Just like any exercise, it all comes down to how bad you want it and how far you’re willing to push yourself to get the results you want.
What Equipment Do You Need For Focus T25 Fitness Program
The kit comes with pretty much everything you need but there are still some optional things you can get.
It comes with a mini pad but if you have another one that might be more comfortable or even if you work out possibly on carpet or a soft surface you may can ditch the mat.
This kit also comes with resistance bands but I prefer to buy my own because I don’t care for the ones it comes with.
If you prefer to use dumbbells instead of resistance bands then you will also need to buy dumbbells as well.
The last piece is a chin up bar but this is optional so you don’t need it but if you would like to have it you can use it in the gamma phase workouts. Last thing is simply a towel and water bottle.
Does It Really Work
Yes it does work but it’s entirely up to you how much it works. By this I mean you can’t just push play and expect results you have to be willing to put in the effort to make it happen.
The biggest problem here is people give up before getting a chance to see results.
Don’t just quit because you think it’s too hard, keep pushing yourself week by week and you’ll surely start to see results. The workouts are just half of the puzzle you have to eat right as well.
Doing the workouts while scarfing down donuts will have you running in place with your progress so to speak.
Where To Buy
I don’t know if you can buy this program at any local stores or at least I have not found it. The main places where most people buy is either off of beachbody’s website or through Amazon which is where I bought mine. You may be able to find it on eBay if someone is selling theirs that they don’t want.
