In this article we’ll be looking at my review of the GSP 300 Gaming Headset made by Sennheiser.
I’m going to cover my thoughts on the mic, comfort level, the sound and my overall pros and cons of this headset.
I’m doing this review because I realize how hard it is to pick out a good headset and you can’t exactly take them for a trial run my most cases.
Let’s get started shall we.
Table of Contents
The Pros And Cons Of The Sennheiser GSP 300 Gaming Headset
- Sound Quality Is Great
- Easy Volume Control Dial
- Good Comfort Level
- Looks Good
- Easy To Setup
- Mic Quality Is So-So
This headset has a lot to offer to make your gaming experience a good one and even though it’s not the cheapest one out there it still makes it worth looking into, considering the fact that other headsets can run you a good bit more in price with a similar headset experience.
The Sound Quality
The Sennheiser GSP 300 Gaming Headsets best feature in my opinion is its audio quality.
Sennheiser as a brand is known for its high quality audio and this headset is no exception to it.
I give a big thumbs up on the audio quality that this headset puts out.
Something really cool about the sound is that you can easily adjust the volume level with a dial on the ear cup of the headset.
This is can be great for when you’re anticipating one of your buddies who has gamer rage to throw a fit after yall lose a game.
This mic on this headset isn’t bad by no means but there isn’t anything spectacular to make it stand out.
It gets the job done, which is hard to ask for too much more in this price range.
The mic does offer a nifty feature that you don’t see on too many headsets which is the noise-cancelling microphone ability just by raising up mic arm.
This makes it great for when you get a phone call or someone comes in your room and is trying to have a conversation with you.
Is The Sennheiser GSP 300 Gaming Headset Comfortable
I really like how this headset feels, especially on the top part of the headset.
The ear pads are great but I think they would have been even better if they would have used the same type of material that they used on the top part of the headset.
The ear pads being wide enough to allow you ears to be enclosed in them not only helps in the way of comfort but it also allows the sound to be more trapped in.
Other than that you’ll find this headset to be plenty comfortable to allow you to be able to play through long gaming sessions with no issues.
Where To Buy The Sennheiser GSP 300 Gaming Headset
My first suggestion is look over at Amazon, which is where I bought mine.
If you’re a Amazon Prime member I double that recommendation for obvious reasons.
There are plenty of other options of course but the only other two I can personally recommend would be looking over at the newegg website or bestbuys website.
Out of these three options you should be able to find at least one to be able to purchase it from if not all 3.
